2011-11-14  Planned Maintenance Start:   23/11/2011 00:00&nb 2011-10-28  Third Party Planned Maintenance 2/11/2011 Planned Maintnenance Window 2nd November 2011.  Starting at 00:00 Finishing 06:00. BT have advised us that they will be undertaking planned maintenance to add further capacity at the Birmingham exchange during this time and date. We understand that there may be a 30 minute disruption to DSL circuits connected to Birmingham. this notice is purely precautionary as we do not have any interconnects at Birmingham but are advising of it because Biemingham is a key junction site for BT. Please check your connectivity after the maintenance window and contact our support team on 03300-040888 if you have any problems.   Regards Support Team. 2011-10-21  Outage at Stpeney Green We are currently experiencing some outage due to issues at the BT Stepney Green Switch. BT are restoring the connections and these will be back to full strength very shortly.  Further updates may follow but the outage window should be no more than 20 minutes.  Some older routers may require a re-boot.  2011-09-23  Planned Network Enhancements Operations and Engineering will be undertaking a key upgrade project within our London Core network during the last week of September and first week of October.  This work is to increase core resilience, add points of presence (POP’s) into the existing platform, increase network capacity and management functionality Due to the extensive nature of the work involved, this project will be completed in the following format during the scheduled change window of 00:01 to 06:00 each night.
