For the best part of a decade we have been making our mark by supplying and installing Broadband DSL and Broadband Internet solutions to Borough Councils, County Councils, Health and Police Authorities, Estate Agents, Railway and Air Traffic Control companies, Advertising and Marketing Agencies and many other commercial businesses.

Why do Local Authorities and other businesses use our Broadband?
  Generally it's because we provide much lower contention than they are currently using (and therefore they enjoy increased bandwidth) at a much better price.  In fact in a recent costing exercise we were able to show a total annual saving of £77,000 for three local authorities while improving their level of service by a factor of between 4 and 8 times.

What about our Service levels and support?
  If we are talking Broadband, then all our standard ADSL packages carry British Telecom "Standard Care" SLA (Service Level Agreement).  For just £10 per month, per ADSL circuit you can have British Telecom "Enhanced Care".  As for support, well the best just got better. Our Broadband Support Desk is now open 8.00am until 8.00pm  Monday to Friday and 9.00am until 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday.

How come we have such low contention ratios?
  Well, this is part of the "Multidata Difference" (see more below) and we like to use the motorway analogy.  Think of all ADSL broadband as being a three motorway. Traffic flows fast or slow, accidents happen and you get hold ups, sometimes the motorway is completely closed. It's all a bit unpredictable, especially on a bank holiday weekend. This motorway is where you will find most broadband suppliers.  Now imagine the hard shoulder with no police restrictions on using it.  That's where the  MultiData Broadband traffic is going. It's nice zooming by all those people stuck in the jam, isn't it?
